a draft from july.
i remember, once, somebody told me: “you’ll miss high school.”
distinctly, i remember laughing at them. honestly, high school was the worst however many years of my life and i will never, ever miss high school. i’ll never look back and think, “oh, i miss this!” or go, “i totally miss having my teachers validate a boy telling me that i am a weeb and also anorexic by saying ‘he just likes you and wants you attention'”. do you think i’ll actually miss that?
however, i do miss high school for the socialness of it. even though i’m going to sixth form at the same high school, i am still going to 100% miss half of my friends who will be leaving me in september. i sat down and thought about all the memories i have made across my time at school and so, for sentimental purposes and for the fact that krdramas has been rotting for the past three months in silence, i decided to list all my memories in one. feel free to not read, i honestly don’t even care at this point.

it is literally both amazing and terrifying that january is already over. it feels like it’s only just begun.
january, for many reasons, was an okay month. like, it was borderline okay. i wouldn’t go as far as to say it was a brilliant month or a terrible one. it was just okay.
instead of creating, what i originally wanted to, a january favourites post, i’ve decided that instead of doing that, i will create a “goodbye ____” for when each month slides by. it’s a way for me to truly express my feelings towards things that went both right and wrong during the time span of a month and also allows me to look back in future months and probably think: “wow, i had it easy in january.” but we’ll see.

many people may not know, but i am a writer.
i don’t make money from it, i’m not a professional or new york best seller or claiming to be, but i definitely excel in the creative writing department! having been published 3 times when i was younger and owning a blog dedicated to my fanfiction writing, although mainly for me to work on my skills and such with the help of an audience, i find writing naturally easy and many people agree that writing is what i’m best at. it’s definitely something i wish to pursue as a career as i get older (i’m hoping to do english or creative writing at university, or perhaps journalism or, for a stretch, history).
which is why, when i found this “writer ask meme” tag on tumblr, i just had to do it! typically, followers would send in numbers to their favourite blogs and you would answer that number, but i decided to just answer all of them in one and share more about my writing life with you all!
